1. Personal Belongings:

1.1. Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to their appointment. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Bags, clothing, and accessories
• Electronics
• Food, drink, and waste
• Documents, money, and valuables

1.2. The Company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
1.3. If the vehicle contains obvious personal belongings that prevent or delay cleaning, the Company may remove them for the purpose of completing the service.
1.4. A £10 Personal Item Handling Fee will automatically be applied if staff are required to remove personal belongings from the vehicle

2. Vehicle Condition:

2.1. The customer agrees to disclose any concerns with the vehicle’s interior or exterior (e.g., damaged trims, sensitive electronics, aftermarket fittings).
2.2. The Company is not liable for existing damage or deterioration.

3. Payment & Charges:

3.1. All payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Additional charges may apply for heavy soiling, pet hair, mould, or biohazards. Customers will be informed before work proceeds where possible.
3.3. The Ā£10 Personal Item Handling Fee is non-negotiable and applied at the company’s discretion when belongings clearly should have been removed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
4.2. Late arrival may reduce service time or require rescheduling.

5. Liability:

5.1. The Company takes reasonable care while working on all vehicles.
5.2. The Company is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the detailing process.
5.3. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is safe and roadworthy.

6. Photos & Documentation:

6.1. Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance and fraud prevention.
6.2. Photos will not be used for marketing without customer consent.

7. Acceptance of Terms:

7.1. By booking a service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
